We the People Ebook, Level 2: Purchase Order Instructions

We the People Enhanced Ebook, Level 2 (middle school)

There are two ways to purchase the We the People enhanced ebook: (1) by purchasing directly online via Motus Digital Publishing and (2) by purchase order. To purchase via purchase order, email our friendly sales department at sales@civiced.org or call 818-591-9321.

Before you send your purchase order, ask the teacher who will be using the ebook to sign up for a free 28-day trial subscription. This will allow the teacher to accurately enter all his or her school's information and will set up your teacher's user account. Include the teacher's user name, email address, and the number of licenses needed in your purchase order. Subscriptions are $9.95 per user for a one-year subscription. Once your purchase order is complete, the Center for Civic Education will upgrade the teacher's account and add student licenses. You will be notified when this is complete. Then your teacher can set up his or her classroom.

Setting Up Your Classroom

What Devices Work With the We the People Ebook?

  1. The We the People enhanced ebook works with Chromebooks, Macs, PCs, tablets, and smartphones. For a laptop or desktop, we suggest that you use a modern browser such as Google Chrome or Safari. FireFox and Internet Explorer will work, but your experience will be best with Google Chrome or Safari.
  2. For Apple mobile devices, you must download and install the We the People app onto the device. Apple requires the app for its mobile devices, and will not allow access to the enhanced ebook through a browser. For Apple mobile devices, we strongly recommend iPad 2 or higher (includes iPad mini), iPhone 4S or higher, and iPod Touch 4th generation or higher.
  3. While Android will allow you to access the enhanced ebook through a browser, we still highly recommend that you install the Android app, as it is optimized for Android machines.
  4. Windows touch-enabled machines will also allow access through browsers, including the option of using a touch screen interface.
