    House Resolution Supports Civic EducationU.S. Congressman Joe Wilson of South Carolina recently introduced a resolution in the House of Representatives supporting civic education in primary and secondary schools. The resolution (H.Res.234) calls on states and local governments to “develop, implement, and strengthen programs and curriculum to teach civics, government, and American history at the elementary and secondary school levels.”
