Frontiers International chapters from Tennessee and Wisconsin captured the top prizes in a We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution competition in Birmingham, Ala., on July 11. Youth from Nashville, Tenn., and Milwaukee, Wis., won the high school and middle school divisions, respectively, at the competition, which tested their knowledge of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
