Through Gabriel, Gateway to Europe's National Libraries, which also hosts the Bibliotecha Universalis: "The main objective of Bibliotheca Universalis is to make the major works of the world's scientific and cultural heritage accessible to a vast public via multimedia technologies, hence fostering the exchange of knowledge and dialogue over national and international borders."

The Intercultural Institute of Timisoara (I. I. The I. I. T. was established in 1992 with the support of the local authorities of Timisoara and of the Council of Europe.
